Access: Trailheads at both the day use area, and the campground at Beacon Rock State Park for Hamilton Mt. (R6E, T2N, Sec 24).
Notes: Two waterfalls are showcased early on this trail; Rodney and Hardy Falls. After crossing Hardy Creek, the trail climbs to the southwest ridge below Hamilton Mt. which proved good view east up the Gorge, but also pose significant fall hazards.
The top of Hamilton Mountain is mostly brushy, to get a view one must bushwack south to the edge of souther cliff face.
